Claire Tietze joined the Global Inclusion & Diversity team in April 2017 and was previously responsible for the German Diversity Program as a Chief Human Resources Officer Manager. In addition to her internal leadership, she advises German companies and federal ministries on their Inclusion & Diversity strategies. She has a management consultant background and previously provided Company Valuation Services to both national and international companies. In her previous role as the Executive Assistant to the German Head of Corporate Finance, Claire gained global experience working on internal corporate Finance teams.
